Closing only: Market unavailable to open

Why it shows "Closing only: Market unavailable to open" under the buying. Is their any issues with this this ETF or will re open soon. I am talking about "ETFS Daily Leveraged WTI Crude Oil". Could somebody please help on this. 

Just noticed it this morning as i tried to buy 

Tried to call the help desk too busy no no one answering

I've the same question, could somebody help please. I want to neutralise by buying some but unable to. 

Stock: ETFS Daily Leveraged WTI Crude Oil 

Error Message: "Closing deals only - You can only place an order to close on this market. For further details, please call our Helpdesk. "

Oil - US Crude Options Market unavailable to open Last dealing date 14/05/20 19:25

Does anyone know why the June 20 - US Crude Options market is unavailable to open new positions?

Your help would be much appreciated?
