Orders tab missing!!

Hi.

i have contacted ig but no reply as yet (2 weeks ago)

i have no orders tab on my live account it is only on the demo account. The only tabs that show up are ALERT and DEAL.

I am on the new platform and using iMac and iPad., I am trading on the us market (NASDEQ).

 

i am new to trading so still learning, if anybody could advise I would be really grateful.

I was looking at the new platform for share dealing accounts and see that in the 'how to' video there is also no separate order ticket but just uses the one. Is the demo different eg more like cfd new platform with separate deal and order?

Just double checked my demo account and both demo accounts show an Orders tab

It's a non leveraged share dealing

right, that might mean the are going to update the deal/order ticket on the live platform but are testing first on the demo, certainly as the video shows the live was released with just the all in one deal ticket.

actually @Mozzie, I don't have the non-leveraged share dealing platform but seem to recall it being mentioned somewhere that they don't have a demo for that?

I have a share dealing account, and can confirm that there is no 'order' tab. I always assumed that it was something exclusive to the CFD type accounts.

I would like to know the answer for this as well.

My account is not a CFD account, but the demo is. I also have no stop-loss functionality as is in the Demo account. 
This is not ideal.
