CFDs and Spread Betting Account

My ISA platform doesn't allow me to trade Spot Gold Mini.

How can I open a CFD or Speared Betting account?

Hi, in your My IG web page dashboard should be the 'Add an Account' tab to start the process.

Hi, thank you for helping. In IG dashboard, when I tab on Add Account, it gives me 4 options: ISA or Share Dealing, IG Smart Portfolio and SIPP. 

There is no option for CDF or Spread Betting.

Could you please advice?

hi, this has come up a couple of times in the past but I'm not sure why, see below the options that should be available. I can only suggest to email the helpdesk sorry.

It is really frustrating, IG has had held my money and doesn't provide required account to trade the product I need. Its been three days and no one taking any responsibility what so ever!!! I have try to contact the customer service no answer! I have send them email no reply!

Ray did you get any results from IG?
