Accounbt locked, unable to unlock and no support help

Hi,

As the title says my account is locked and I cannot get back in. There is a reset password link but it does not allow me to unlock!

I emailed support and called but cannot get through and I do not get a response.

This is really really not good. Can someone please assist?
