Cannot close out Gold contract once US was in pre-open. This has been increasingly common in last few weeks. Now i  cannot access the platform just get "Sorry. An unexpected error occurred...DUHH!!

 

I've had enough - am moving to a company and platform with FAR fewer errors/time-outs - O and A.

I have the same problem. Couldn't close position and now it is in red!! Tried to login again and the platform is not accessible, also the phone app.

None of the number provided work.

somone with legal background needs to look into the terms and conditions. 
 

if there is a case, we can potentially get a class action against them for the losses.
