Can’t see open position

I am Not able to see open positions. The customer hotline is also not working. 

What is the issue. Rectify ASAP.

I am unable to see my positions on the platform. This is VERY worrying as I can’t amend or close these. Additionally the platform has been glitchy lately on chatting and you kept me in two positions when I had SL’s on them at much lower levels. Your phone lines are also not working. I refuse to bear the any costs associated with this because of faults on your platform. Please respond ASAP before people stampede and withdraw money from their accounts en masse.

I'm having the same issue, can't see my open positions.  This is now twice in the last 24hrs where we have been unable to touch our trades.  Totally unacceptable!

useless support from IG. I have raised my issues to them but they simply sent me a standardised reply.

Same here. Also cannot see my open position. Sometimes can, sometimes cannot. Cannot also get through to the contact centre.

I emailed them yesterday. i am seriously considering to change broker. their support is unbelievable.

It's very bad. I have open positions with running P&L. Incur losses as a results. Try calling the hotline to close the positions but no answers for the past 1 hour.
