I could not close the position after several attempts before disappearing.

I have been tying to close oil position for a while but unsuccessful. Then the position disappeared when I was still on profit. 
Also, I phoned IG but it was unsuccessful as well. At some point their phone line like it was not working. 
 

However, It closed later on LOSS!

This is very bad for a big broker like IG. They are supposed to give us what we deserve!!

Yes, can't call in whenever this **** happens .

We need to complain to the authority!

Same thing happend to me to a few weeks ago. They denied all knowledge.
