EA Tool on Spread Betting Account through MT4

Hi,

I purchased an Expert Advisor tool in MT4 and it isn't working, I have check everything and the only thing left I haven't checked is whether it actually works with my Spread Betting account.

Have you encountered this problem before?

Hi, I know plenty of clients have used EAs on IG SB accounts before. Are you getting any feedback from the mt4 log or journal from the bottom window after clicking on the terminal tab (top left).

Ask the developer to change the settings so they fit to SB quotes? (if its possible)
