Dax feed down

IG's dax feed seems to be down from just before 8am, usually means trouble at the exchange.

Hi, does anyone else encounter difficulties with Xetra share charts? Mine is showing 2 July 2020 as today and I am stuck with one bar. No new bars added even on the 10 sec chart. Been waiting in IG's phone "support" loop for 25 minutes now.

Anyone know a quick fix please?
