I'm alarmed to find on my demo CFD account that for five minutes I was locked out of closing a position, or setting a stop. Sometimes it says it can't accept an instruction due to price movements, which is fair enough, but this time it told me there was a 'technical error' and it gave me the number of the switchboard to call. This could have ruinous implications on a live trading account. Has this happened to anyone else?
