Unable to execute trade

Hi

 

I am trying to execute a trade on my demo account but it hangs and ask me to call the technical support. Can anyone let me know what could be the issue here?

Hey, 

Thanks for your post. 

The demo account tried to replicate the live account as close as possible. 

It could be that at that time the size was too large and you would have had to partially sell or use an advanced option to sell. If you give us a call or drop us an email we will be able to tell you what the reason for the error was.
