Equity shall not returned upon close the deal

Hi, 

I am new to this platform and today I had bought 4 different shares in the morning 10am and closed at 4.45pm on the same day. Total amount was 88SGD and altogether the loss was 1.20SGD. Rightfully the equity shall be redeopisted upon deduct the loss right? Whereas the whole 88 sgd disappear without any clues. Calling the IG help desk is merely useless and can't get no one.

Can someone help me elaborate the details pls..

If you were buying shares on a CFD account there's commission each side to take into consideration. If you don't believe it was the commission please email us so we can break down the calculations and explain what happened/ investigate.
