My account not activated

Hello my account id ***** is still not activated. My id proofs and documents got approved long time ago. Can anyone please inform me whats the problem? if any documents required for activation please tell me.

I've put your details forward to get the account opened asap. I removed your account number as it's personal data.

I've had the same issue as other users. My documents have been approved but my account has not been activated.
