Unable to trade



Hi All,


Just wondering if anyone else are like me, my account was alright to trade for the first day then for some unknown reason it says i am not able to open new positions?????

Tried to call their customer care team and being waited for half an hour without getting through to anyone.

The live chat thing is not helpful, some one responded and say will get back to me by email at the end of day (standard answer every time).... but no one contact me.

Can some one help me out? so frustrated.
