Hey,

The reduced commissions kick in if you have traded 3 or more times in the previous calendar month.

So if you've traded 6 times in January 2021 it means in February 2021 you will get free US share traded:

Does it continue over the next month? Let's say I always make 3 trades a months, will it always be fee free for me?

Also, does this apply in case I trade 29th of Jan, and then it's fee free February, or I need to wait at least til 28 of Feb?

Thanks in advance

If you place 3 trades in the January it will only be free for February but if you make 3 trades in February you will get March free.

It works per calendar month meaning if you traded 3 times on 29th January you can the free US trades in February 1sts.

All the best

So, does buy is consider as single trade? and selling of same stock is considered as another trade ?

if that's true,  in 1st month of opening account if I do 4 transactions (buy, sell & buy, sell) I'm eligible for free commission from next month ?

    • process check , mike check , paycheque..... I actually missed this move ... 😅 .... Very hard trying to juggle a 50plus hour week and trading ..... any way here is the follow up from my post on the FTSE from  11-05-2021👇     With the greatest respect to IG INDEX , it's not time to be bearish .... not yet at least..... Here is what the FTSE did a few days later.........
    • Yeah........ so that happened ...
    • Hi kinda interested in your margin problem, I trade very small cap shares in spread bet in both Uk and US, then the margin call is very rare as long as you have enough capital to cover the 80% falls that can occur with odd news. Have worked of Forex a lot and just find it too unstable. Just wondere if ant other person has this method. I would be interested to share ideas.
