spread betting shares/etf/instrument price in dollars?

hello 

for spread betting can the prices of etfs/shares be in dollars?

for example lets take a  ticker ABC  and the price would be 100 dollars

if the price is in pence that would mean the minimum trade i can make on IG would be 10000 * 0.5(the minimum i have seen) would make the minimum value of the trade at 5000 pounds  where as if the price would be 100 dollars  * 0.5 the minimum value of the trade would be 50 so then would be able to split my funds between more trades .

is that something possible ?
