Appearance of Chart on-screen

Hello,

I am having difficulties viewing my charts on the screen. It frequently stretches out my charts such that what should normally be a trend appears like candle sticks standing side be side in a strait horizontal line. I placed a lot of wrong trades today as a result

Please can someone help me urgently?
