So this should be pretty self explanatory. I'm shorting GBPCAD, set up my SL and TP, and I can SEE that the wick passed my limit, regardless of mid/ask/bid, it all PASSED the limit, but my limit did *not* trigger.

Hi @BigManDave,

It seems that you are referring to Wednesday 29 Sept 2pm. Could you please clarify when was your position open? It seems that after that it hasn't reach the 17090.3.

Thank you for clarifying - Arvin

Okay, my bad, very sorry, you are indeed correct. I was looking at a different timeframe than the one I placed the trade on (15m vs 1hr), so it seems I got confused 😂. Please forgive my mistake.

My limit has since executed and I've received my monies, crisis averted.

I was trying to find the exact time I placed the trade, but it seems this information is not available on the mobile app? Or at least I cannot find it. (And also other functionality is missing, like changing the funds in your demo account: I can add funds, but can't reduce them.)

Eventually found it in Past activity History on the web platform, (1722) but was hoping that if I clicked on it, it would be able to show me the past trade on the actual chart, which would be very cool.

Apart from that, all is well.

Thanks, and again apologies for my mistake.

    • Every investors top priority in choosing a crypto exchange is security of their assets. Over the years, many exchanges have come and gone due to varying factors. Some packed up as a result of mismanagement of users funds, others were due to security breaches like hacks and some due to harsh bear market condition but in the midst of this, Bitget continue to shine, soar and expand across board with the latest report seeing the exchange protection fund record a new ATH of over $400M in the month of November. No doubt the month of November was quite good for crypto however Bitget protection fund was around $330M four months ago. Very drastic addition in my opinion, while some exchanges seems to be having different issues like lawsuit, hacks and some even packing up due to bankruptcy, it still beat my imagination what Bitget is doing differently to achieve such significant milestone. What are your thoughts about this development?
    • Considering the impact of Lisk LSK to Defi and web3 and the simplicity it provides for developers to transfer skills more rapidly for the building of dApps. Am confident that the token will highly be sought after. I have deposited some of my LSK on Bitget to share from the Airdrop event to celebrate the listing of the token on the CEX.
    • Thanks for sharing @THT I highly doubt that gold will fall below the 1900 level, which is the lowest support level on the monthly time frame. Right now, the current pullback in gold is nothing but a FALSE MOVE to the downside which ALWAYS takes place before a REAL BREAKOUT. This FALSE MOVE can last no longer than 1-3 time units and is simply the REQUIRED movement of markets. Gold is setting up for a major sling-shot to the upside.
