"Sorry, we're having technical issues" banner at login

Hi, 

After login to my account I suddenly started receive banner message:

Sorry, we're having technical issues
Unfortunately we can't process your KYC application at the moment

Screen of error

Not sure that I understand what shoul i do with that

I believe that the KYC checks will be related to the account opening team that needs to verify few things before activating you account. Please reach out to newaccounts.uk@ig.com for further information on your account.
