Account access with multiple devices for PC and laptop

Pinkie

Question

Hi all

I am trying to log-in with my computer and ipad so both devices run at the same time while logged in.

I tried the Google incognito function for both PC and ipad at the same time (it was suggested on one of the community help pages). It doesn't work either.

Is there a neat trick I am missing?

Thanks a lot.

Hi @Pinkie,
You can try download the Ipad app from the App store. And use the web browser on your computer.

If you need further assistance, reach out to helpdesk.uk@ig.com.

I use one account for several devices to operate the same data. This feature is very convenient because if I lose data from one device, I can make a copy from another. I have set up sharing accounts from different devices so that I do not lose important files and documents. I already had a case where my files disappeared from my hard drive.

    • @espiral, A higher broker margin requires a high margin which needs to be transferred to the client which would make offering this stock expensive for our retail clients. Thanks, KoketsoIG
    • I do not understand it.  What is the difference between this stock and other Toronto stocks with much less market cap that are available with leverage in this market?
    • Dear @espiral, Thank you for your response. Please note that we cannot offer this stock on leveraged accounts and it is only available for non-leveraged accounts. This is because of the higher broker margin which would need to be transferred to the clients. Thanks, KoketsoIG
