Thanks Arvin.

I sent an email, waiting for a response. Would be better if I try to call directly?

Hi @Jill_1984

If you want to make a call: 0800 195 3100 with any questions about opening a trading or investment account between 8am and 6pm (UK time) on weekdays.

Call our support team: If you have an urgent query, call us on 0800 409 6789 or +44 20 7896 0079. We’re sorry that there may be a delay before we can answer you – we’re receiving unusually large numbers of calls at the moment.
