Ocado struggles continue despite a rise in customer transactions

British online supermarket Ocado Retail (OCDO) has lowered its growth forecasts as the post-pandemic shift from online to in-store continues to drag on its share price.

The retailer cites lower basket sizes and rising costs as the main reason behind its 5.7% fall in revenue in its latest quarter, despite a rise in customer transactions.
