Chart error

Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum, hope you all doing well in these difficult times. Have a question about ProReal Charts maybe someone come across this same issue, at least few times a day all of a sudden the chart disappears from my screen while in trade with a message window : please see attached file. To fix the issue I have to restart ProReal, I'm using version v11.1, would it help to reinstall ProReal? if yes how can I save all my chart settings to reuse them once I reinstall ProReal charts?

I thank you all for your suggestions and possible fix for this issue.
