Hello. I’m having two issues that I can’t seem to find a solution for.
First is with Autochartist. I am trying to get it on my mt4 platform. I downloaded mt4 from IG’s website and it downloads the indicators but Autochartist is not there in the script folder. I have also went through the steps to download the mt4 plugin via Autochartist’s website and it says it installs but it is nowhere to be found.
Secondly, I am trying to activate ProRealTime. When I go through the steps to activate, it says “server error, please try again later” and it’s been saying that for a week.
Any help would be appreciated. I have emailed IG support several times and unfortunately they have been of no help.
