My mt4 has stopped opening new orders

My mt4 has stopped placing orders either to buy or sell.  Is this a common problem?  

Also I cant find my real account on MT4

I am now researching other brokers.

Please make sure that you are connected to the IG-server.

If you need to reset your IG MT4 password please call +61 3 98601734 or email helpdesk.en@ig.com or use our live chat feature.

You will need to send over your IG account ID, MT4 ID, date of birth, address and full name for your password to be reset.
