S&P 500 Biggest Rally in 2 Years After the Biggest Fed Hike in 22 Years – Why?

The Federal Reserve announced a 50 basis point rate hike and the start of its quantitative tightening effort at the end of its two day meeting. Though it was the most hawkish move from the FOMC since May 2000, risk assets would still rally after the news. Have fundamentals flipped?
