Hi @Swill084,

If your card is lost or expired, you can send the bank statement showing the transaction made to IG. Our team will be able to verify your deposit with the amount, time and date.

If you closed that account the bank are required to keep documents for several years. You will need to reach out to the bank to provide you with the relevant bank statement.
