How to fully uninstall and reinstall a clean version of ProRealTime

I have been happily using PRT for a while but in the past week have received an error:

"    ParseError at[row,col]:[3,1]

 XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.   "

I can't get rid of the error by removing system, template, etc. and want to remove PRT and reload a clean version.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.

This could possibly be a corrupt template. Please send a technical report from help->help centre->I'm having a technical problem and include the template name you are using. PRT should be able to figure out the issue from your logs and give you feedback.

I am having the exactly the same issue now and have been using prorealtime through ig for years without issues. The message is identical just different row column. Does anyone know what the solution to this problem was?
