After a postponement for the mourning of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, the Bank of England will decided on UK rates on Thursday 22 September.

We now also know that comes before a mini budget from the new Chancellor, Kwasi Kwarteng. Nick Cawley, from Daily FX, looks at GBP/JPY.
