Hi @Natpee

Thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with PRT not showing up in Demo platform. We have already sent communication to the PRT team for them to investigate, which is most likely to be resolved today.

The issue is still ongoing. This has been escalated at the highest priority and the PRT team is still trying to resolve the issue on the demo system. We are kindly asking for your patience. We can send you an update if anything changes.
