Demo account questions (US)

Hi, I opened a demo account last night and am using IG web platform.  I figured out how to manually edit my virtual balance, but I was wondering if/how leverage works on the demo account?  At a glance it doesn't seem to have any leverage but I could easily be missing something.  My understanding (and correct me if I'm wrong plz) is that a live IG account for a US resident will have 50x leverage, but what about the demo account?  If there are settings that control leverage options, please let me know where to find those.

Also, if I download the IG app for Android, will it allow me to login and use the same demo account?  Yesterday I mistakenly opened an MT platform demo account alongside the web platform and had to have a support rep close the MT demo since only one demo is allowed.  I just want to make sure I don't mistakenly cause any double/conflicting account issues if I install the IG android app.

Lastly, does the IG demo have a time limit or expiration like some others do?  If so, how long is the demo good for?

Most of our Major pairs margin requirement ranges between 2% and 3%, that is 1/50 and 1/33.33 respectively. You can find more information of the leverage we provide from the link Margin of Forex. This would be the same requirement on demo accounts as it tracks the live account. 

You can login to your IG demo account from the App. Please use the same demo credentials when logging into your App. 

You can use the demo account your entire IG lifetime. The IG demo account does not have a time limit.
