I am unable to withdraw because cards which I used for deposit are not appearing as an option for withdrawal. It's more than two weeks I am waiting for support to fix this issue, appreciate if someone can look into this.

Incident Ticket #0673923

Hi @AIrshad

Thank you for reaching out. For clients through the UK office, MasterCard rules recently prevented us from making payments to MasterCards which were not issued in the UK. We are able to return funds to Debit or Pre-paid MasterCards, but there may be some issues from time to time.

Please withdraw to your linked bank account by selecting the option 'Withdraw > Bank'. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

All the best, OfetnseIG
