Account Activation Issue

It's been a week since I have uploaded all the documents. And they have approved it too! But my account is still not active yet. I submitted several emails (8-9 emails) to the helpdesk and sales team, but got no solution. Seems like they are not willing to respond. Anyone got the same issue? This is a very bad start. I don't know if this is the right broker for me.
