Euroclear no longer supporting Cannabis stocks. Is IG.com affected and if so why has there not been any notification about what will happen to my cannabis shares held with IG.com? Other brokerages are forcing selling or transfer as a result but IG.com has not made any notification about it?

Does anyone know the answer to this as I have cannabis shares in HL and would like to keep them so can I transfer them to IG?

Hi, can someone please confirm this? I too would like to move my Cannabis holdings from Hargreaves Lansdown to IG. The tickers I am referring to are Tilray (TLRY) and Sundial Growers (SNDL). Urgent response needed as we don't have a lot of time to do this.

I feel your frustration about the Euroclear news. I went through something similar when a trading platform I used changed its policies without much notice. It can be really unsettling when you don’t know what will happen to your investments. As for IG.com, it’s best to reach out to their customer service directly for clarity on your cannabis shares. They should have the latest info for you.
