opening a position with pro order and closing it manually

Hello, 

Somebody knows if it is  possible to open a position automatically with pro-order, and than closing it manually??? obviously the trading system would be  written without any kind of target,  maybe an stoploss, but no target..

Hi @PBor

Pro order does not allow you to create a trading system which does not include a close condition. You would have to include an exit strategy or else the system won't accept the strategy. At any time, you can manually close any of the Pro Order trades but that will be seen as a system error due to an external force impacting the trading system and will result in the system stopping. You can switch the system back on but it is something to remember because when a system stops it closes all trades opened by that system.
