Prorealtime not working on demo account

Hi there!

When I tried to launch the ProReaTime platform today, I got this error message: ""It is not possible to run ProRealTime without a CFD or Spread betting account".

What could be a problem?

I get a message saying, "This site can’t be reached". Any help from IG?

Thanks for reaching out. We are aware there is an issue.

Our IT team has advised to kindly try the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Please check if DealThru is connected in top right:
DealThru > Status should be 'connected'

2. Check if you are on Push+ data (Push Datastream) in top right:
Push > PushDatastream

3. Close and relaunch PRT.
If above doesn't solve issue please send a technical report so TS IT can investigate.

Sending a technical report:

1. Locate the main toolbar in PRT:

This is always the first icon in the Windows taskbar

2. Click Help > Help Center
3. Choose 'I'm having a technical problem'
4. Choose relevant option
5. Fill in all fields and give as much detail as possible
6. Send report
