Orders are not executing

Hi,

 

I place my order and waiting it executed. Even the bid i put was higher than sell price, my order has not been executed and expired at the end of the trading day. Why my order has not been executed?

Hi @Ebicer

Please note that PayPal holdings is an All session stock meaning that you can place order before and after the main session. However, if trading before or after the main session you have to select the order expiry type. The main session is at 14:30 UK time (23:30 AU time), therefore if placing orders outside these hours, you have to select a 'Day (All session)' expiry type. That way, the order will execute before the main session (14:30 UK time).

Hi @Ebicer

You can check the 'info' section of the deal ticket, the time is the main session of the stock. But the main session for US stocks is 14:30 UK time.
