Is AI in the crypto world a game-changer or just another overhyped trend?

Recommended Posts

Right now, there's a noticeable surge of AI-powered projects in the crypto space. However, it's important to approach these projects with skepticism since many lack concrete evidence to back their claims of being genuinely AI-driven. It seems like some are merely trying to generate hype to sell their tokens without substantial technological substance.

On a different note, some CEXs are incorporating AI into their trading bots, especially for grid trading. The idea behind this is to provide beginners with access to trading strategies without requiring extensive trading expertise.

For example, Bitget has integrated AI into its grid trading system, and it's likely that other exchanges are exploring similar approaches. But the real question that hangs in the balance is whether these AI implementations will truly live up to their promises or eventually become dismissed as nothing more than hype. As a crypto enthusiast, it's crucial to stay vigilant, closely monitor the progress, and critically evaluate the actual value that AI brings to the crypto space.

Every crypto investors have always prepared his mind against the calculated risks, maximum rewards before taking the plunge into the crypto world, it's essential to assess risks intelligently. The emerging AI tech is able to evaluate project fundamentals, market sentiment, historical data, and regulatory landscapes. It's also able to guide investors and enthusiasts, unraveling the potential risks and rewards lurking within the crypto realm.
AI is already driving the growth and evolution of DeFi. And with top-tier crypto exchanges like Bitget leveraging the power of this Tech. The future is decentralized, and AI is leading the trend.

In the world of crypto where it is difficult to predict accurately the next price action of each project over time, I believe these exchanges especially Bitget thought to implement the power of AI which can be configured in the case of spot grid based on a trader's risk appetite to monitor the market and to trade without emotions all that's needed is to set up the bot and watch it do its thing.

I think that's a smart approach to meeting the ever evolving demands of massive traders in the crypto world. I've used it before and it's worthwhile. Let's hope they keep making trading better.

Nice observation there.

It's kind of scary and also raises the question of transparency and credibility. While other pro users' CEXs adopt this tech to boost their customer experience and maximize their profit margin, Binance seems to be exploring this tech in the opposite direction.

When considering investing in cryptocurrency, it's important to conduct thorough research on the project to understand the potential risks and rewards. Certain AI projects have demonstrated technical progress, and investing in them can lead to significant gains. The integration of AI technology into Bitget's Spot Grid trading is a positive development, and it would be great to see other exchanges adopt this approach.

Since Bitget is growing fast, have you thought about their native token BGB?

After conducting some research, I discovered that their token is one of the top-performing exchange tokens in this bear market, surpassing BNB and other exchange tokens. Before deciding to invest, I will need to gather more information. What about you?

    • The crypto market appears to be showing signs of recovery, with significant improvements in the Sharpe Ratios of Bitcoin, BGB, and Ethereum, according to an article published on Friday.  The Sharpe Ratio, a measure used to understand the return of an investment compared to its risk, has seen a notable increase for both cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin's Sharpe Ratio has risen from -2.4 to 0.68, while Ethereum and BGB have also experienced a similar uptrend. This change signifies higher returns at lower risk, which is expected to attract more investors to the crypto market. In addition to the improved Sharpe Ratios, increased network activity and trading volume as shown on CEXs like Bitget, Binance, and a few DEXs are suggesting a healthier market state. The current trading prices of Bitcoin, reflect this overall positive market sentiment. As of Friday, Bitcoin was trading at $27,069.73, BGB at $0.454 and Ethereum at $1,677.89. These developments are significant as they indicate reduced risk in the crypto market. The increase in the Sharpe Ratios for Bitcoin, BGB, and Ethereum suggests that these cryptocurrencies are becoming less risky investments, which could potentially lead to an influx of new investors into the market.  Could this rise in Sharpe Ratios coupled with increased network activity and trading volume point towards a recovering and less risky crypto market?
