cant find demo account

I set up a demo account last week, now I cant find it anywhere on the IG platform after I've logged in, could someone please assist thanks

I never closed the account, it just disappeared, I tried to open a new one with one of your operators by phone was told " browser issue try the IG app on your phone"  which I did only to get the message " this service is currently unavailable, please try again later or call ...." which is the number I called originally.  What rubbish, I dont think IG wants demo accounts, they just  want my real trade commissions with a real account.
