Do exchanges reward loyal and consistent traders?

Recommended Posts

It's that time of the year again when everyone is preparing to celebrate. It's a time where institutions, companies or organization do end of year appraisal and reward staffs that have been exceptional in the course of the year to boost their moral ahead of a new year.

I know for a fact that even in the conventional buying and selling sector, buyers are incentivized at the end of the year to keep them retained to the sellers but it seems those of us in the crypto space aren't getting the motivation we deserve to continue our patronage to this exchanges.

Am curious to know if you guys benefit any rewards at the end of the year for using your various exchanges or is it the same story everywhere?

Not long ago Bitget exchange did an event to reward its users that were celebrating Diwali and now the exchange is having another event tagged The Bitget Africa Christmas Trading Competition, to reward its users from that region too.

Christmas incentives are usually great, they make the season more worthwhile. I think African crypto enthusiasts deserve the rewards, they've contributed greatly to the growth of the industry at large. How can one be eligible?

You're eligible If you're an African or resident in Africa and 30 usdt is the minimum trading balance needed in your futures account to participate in the event.

Would love to take part in this campaign, if it's still ongoing while i get prepped for more earning opportunities.

Exactly! I know a lot of guys who're participating in this event and are very hopeful of geeting decent rewards. I also joined but have been more of a casual trading adventure rather than a competition for me.

If you are from Africa yea I believe so , I did share the event link with my friends. Everyone loves incentivizes , and besides we couldn’t take part in the KCGI trade competition which has ended.

    • Hi KoketsoIG, Thank you for the clarification on that. Cheers
    • Dear @millennium_falcon, Hey there! Thank you for reaching out. Just a heads-up, you can only have one API key for each environment, either live or demo. No third API key can be created.  Thanks, KoketsoIG
    • To clarify my understanding. From my Usecase, I have three separate programs all operating interdependently from one another. A program to subscribe to tic data on a number of Epics via the LightStream API, another to grab historic on a number of Epics via the REST API, and finally another to manage positions via the REST API. I need to do this on my demo account initially to get API code stabilized. The IG website specifically says that I need separate API key for each distinct program connecting to IG over REST or LightStream. So in my understanding it looks like I need three API keys all for the demo account. Am I missing something or have I misunderstood how to use these API keys? I am aware of the API request limits and this is why I assumed you need a key per program. Currently I have one API key for the demo account and cannot seem to add more keys to the demo account? I have looked at the FAQ and cannot see an answer for my query.
