Cannot see Monthly Statements and they are not emailed to me

Hi @dantrader435,

Could you please attempt to choose a custom time frame from the date dropdown, select the desired dates, and then generate a statement to verify if it functions properly?

Hi

I also cannot see monthly statements even though I have put in dates and these are not emailed to me.

Hi

I have tried to access monthly statements on the statements page but it will not show me any even when I put in dates. It will show me daily but not monthly. These are also not emailed to me. Would you please look into this and also let me know how I select to have monthly staements emailed to me.

Dear @Rstarkey, Could you please email us at helpdesk.uk@ig.com so we can review your account and check if the Monthly Statements are enabled? If they aren't, we'll enable them for you. If they are enabled, we'll report the issue to our IT team to investigate and fix it so you can access them through your dashboard.
