Trading times for US Crude Oil and Gold

Hi,
I'm just getting back into trading after a few years off and need to know what the trading times are for US Crude oil and Gold, UK-wise?

US Oil will trade from 23.00 to 22.00 (i.e. 24 hours a day minus an hour from 10pm til 11pm)

Gold will trade 24 hours a day.

Could you please also post the stoppage  due to breaks on nymex. Are they the same?

Hey - so in the 15 minute pre open there will be a stop and guaranteed stop of 24 points and 4% respectively. This is, as with all things when posted on a time stamped forum, subject to change depending on when others are reading this.

I meant when trading is suspended for breaks everyday.

When trading is suspended working orders will have a 12 point level on both stops and guaranteed stops. Regular trades at current market prices obviously can't go through, and any stops which trigger on the open will behave as normal.

The question that unanswered is " what are the times for breaks and rollovers of crude futures at I G, these are the times when trading is not possible".  It is not about stop loss , but it is about  non trade able times.Could you check with dealers?
