L2 Dealer - Problem so ran Diagnostics SECOM CONNECT error code 0

Question

Problem started with price data running slow, logged out and back in, slow to load and even after 5/10 mins no L2 bid/ask depth of market - now switched to web -  although another problem IQE changed from 0.25p ticks to 0.10p start of January, web platform only allows 0.25p whereas L2 allows 0.10p ???

Cannot use L2 until it is resolved, cannot trade very well on web platform due to different tick size!

Edit: 18:30 just logged in to L2, loaded and opened as it used to, end of day depth of market visible, so hopefully all okay for 07:50 tomorrow morning!   Diagnostics still shows Secom Connect error code 0 - Anyone now why?

IQE,L - When trading DMA CFD's within the web platform, tick size is still 0.25p whereas LSE changed it to 0.1p as at the beginning of January which is okay under L2 Dealer - when will the web platform be updated for IQE ?
