Stopped out on demo account - SL not met?

Question

Hi,

I entered a trade yesterday before midnight.

My trade is no longer active, and I simply can't see why.

It's made on the demo account, and I'm not able to see past history on this account - so can't even see why this has happened.

Even an overnight fee shouldn't have stopped me out as far as I can see, and the SL at 8892 still haven't been met.

What am I missing? :/

Really hope that someone can help.

Tried to contact IG directly through their support page, but kept on telling me that I should login, even though I was logged in.

Kind regards,

Thomas

Hey - I've just tried to look into this, however the last trade I can see on the only IG account linked to this email address was on the 8th April. Do you have multiple sign ups via alternative emails? At present, given the above, I believe this is likely to be the reason.

Hi,

Appreciate the fast reply.

I haven't got any other accounts, - only one login where I access my CFD and Demo account.

Furthermore there is an CFD MT4 account, not being used though.

Last trade I did on the Demo account was on the 1st of May, where I took this screenshot.

I can of course provide you with the full screenshot directly if needed, not the cropped version.

Hope you can help me straighten this out :-)

Kind regards,

Thomas

Hi James,

Is there a case number that I might refer to, - so that they'll be aware of what's this all about - so that I won't have to submit screenshots etc. once again, or?

Kind regards,

Thomas
