Newbie - Level 2 share dealing

Recommended Posts

I have previously traded using a barcs account and level 2 and did OK.  I stopped a few years ago actively trading and cancelled my level 2 on Barcs and just sold some of my portfolio now and then.  I am looking to become an active investor again and do not like the Barcs fairly new Smart Investor account so have looked here as I have a spread betting acount.  I am unsure of the charges for the level 2 share dealing account.  Is it £7.20 per trade, per day, per month.  This may be a silly question but it is not clear to me.

Thanks

Yes, so I think you're probably looking at the LSE L2 DMA data which would be £7.20 / month. You can also get the L2 dealer from here which gives those important advanced order types. https://www.ig.com/uk/l2-trading-platform

Worth noting you can turn the above feed on / off as you wish.

What are your thoughts on the UK housing marker? "This UK REIT pays a 10% dividend yield and recently consolidated shares showing signs of hitting the bottom. Not only is this security trading at a massive discount, but its future looks stronger with as the Brexit cloud passes over."
