GoPro video cameras - GPRO on NASDAQ

Oh my god - I know GoPro haven't been making the new lately but has anyone actually seen their share price!! They're looking at maybe $6.something at the moment. That is absolutely crazy.

I saw that they have released a new camera which can stream direct to everyone's social networks, (video below) so I thought i'd have a little look at how the company has performed. Down from highs back in 2014/2015 when they were on their way to $100 they've lost pretty much 90% ++++ in their valuation.

I can remember the hype back in the day, but never got on this (thank god). Has anyone had a closer eye on this one and seen it's demise? I'd be interested to hear from you because I think they're great little cameras. Was it just massively inflated beforehand?

    • Interesting charts from Michael Levitt of Stanford Uni, Excess deaths way lower in no-lockdown Sweden vs lockdown US, UK, France, Italy and Spain.  Also the under and over 65s deaths split. Note in Sweden the under 65s is flat while UK shows definite spikes. We know from studies that lockdown increases spread rate of covid and increases non-covid excess deaths by 'denial of health care'. Remember this when Generalissimo Boris John Sun orders lockdowns this winter to protect the NHS overburdened with excessive waiting lists caused by the last lockdowns.
    • unbelievable. Maybe this is why they lost the sub contract...
    • Market data to trade on Friday: GBP/USD; Brent UK retail sales are the focal point for Friday’s session and as such, IGTV’s Jeremy Naylor looks at GBP/USD. Then there’s consumer confidence in the States which, if strong, could take the Russell 2000 back up to a record high. https://www.ig.com/uk/market-insight-articles/market-data-to-trade-on-friday--gbp-usd--brent-210916
