Why I cannot buy RESMED on ASX?

Hi there,

I was trying to buy RESMED shares but on your website , it is asking me to fill out US Ben8 form even though it says it is an ASX shares.

Kindly advise.

Hey - this specific stock was actually an Australian depository receipt who's main line is in the US. It's a relatively niche setup for a stock, however it does mean the W8Ben form would need to be completed before you purchase. I can see that you've sorted this already, however if you have any other issues just let us know. All the best.
