Reduced minimum spread bet size for first month

Recommended Posts

Hi I'm just using a demo account at the moment but will be turning it live soon. On this page https://www.ig.com/uk/spread-betting-cfds-charges it says that for the first month, you can place 25% of normal bet size. On the demo the minimum bet is normally £0.50 on shares, so does this mean that it would be £0.10 for the first month on shares? Thank you

My First day on this site learning about trading, so I would not dream about trying to answer you question other than to say 25% of 50p is equal to 12.5 pence NOT 10pence...   good luck here

Ha ha ha thank you TheMancunian.

If anyone can tell me if the minimum bet is in fact 12.5 pence or any other number lower than 50p I would be interested to know
