Not able to buy/sell CTI logistics

I bought CTI logistics, but can't buy anymore. The stock in my portfolio is crossed off. Can someone tell me what this means and why I can't buy/sell the stock.

hi @Caseynotes, Thanks for that. I found there were very limited shares selling, hence they couldn't offer and would only be through phone order.
