Hi @hoandyls, ok, so you are looking at trying to put a guaranteed stop on one of the leveraged demo platforms, there have been reports that the demo sb and cfd platforms, and possibly prorealtime as well, have had problems since the Friday evening shutdown, these should be sorted on Monday morning.

On the live platform the min guaranteed stop is currently 1299

price of microsoft is 129.80. if i want to put a stop loss at 10%, what does it mean by 1299 points away.( if im looking at a size of 100 shares)  im just very confused about the term "points away".

you're looking at the Microsoft share price in cents, so whilst it is $129.96 (as an example) this is 12996 points. A guaranteed stop 10% away would therefore be 1299.6 points away (which would put the stop at 11696.4, which is $116.96 in the underlying).
